on that note. i will be moving into my new house on friday!!!! and will be there all summer so everyone can come hang out. and do nothing at my house. i have been busy with school and have not updated much. i was getting good too. almost at least one a week. but i will try again. for now back to busy life.

I believe David Crowder band is pumping out some of the most amazing songs spiritually and musically.
This song is off their album "A Collision" which was cleverly followed up with by the album "B collision"
The album "A Collision" was a stray from the "typical worship album" but its a very nice change. The reason this song is so powerful is the lyrics are so simple but so true. "You are my joy" is sung over and over. Here are the lyrics

this gives me a visual of being so full of Christ and the joy he gives that we literally come undone kinda spliting at the seems because of this love.
This song also has a good deal of musical interludes to think/reflect/pray during something i like during worship

so. I have been thinking and I am going to start posting up one "worship song of the week" just to have people hear new things and refresh on old things. and basically find good worship. alot of people(including me) listen to hardly any worship because mainstream stuff is more "fun" but of course God made us to worship so we should do that. Yes we worship in other ways besides music. but i like worshiping through music so for your sake and mine. i am going to be posting one song a week( maybe even an artist a week) to keep you and I up on some good worship. i may even blog a little bit on the lyrics and how i feel about the song. look forwards to these post! i will try and not pick too many songs by david crowder, even though i love pretty much everything he does.

Possibly one of the coolest plug-ins I have seen for itunes. Scans your iTunes library for artist and then searches for concerts coming in the area with those artists. very neat check it out

So, its been over a year since i first got my mac. it was an amazing day. the day before i picked it up Andrew told me "it will change your life" and surely enough it has. i get on PC's and feel a little dirty. i know that just sounds silly but really the mac platform is very easy the computers look nice and everything just works. I bought it for recording music. and its very useful for that. and i agree some people are not Mac people. some people are but what this boils down to is a one button mouse versus the two button mouse. Kevin always thought mac's were silly because they did not offer a two button mouse(till recently) and i being the mac fanatic just debated that the second click was unnecessary, now while this is still true. apple has replaced my imac for a new iMac since compusa couldnt get anything right with the other one. and along with the new intel iMac i got a MightMouse(Apple's Two button mouse). And i forgot how nice two buttons are. now i still believe it is unnecessary although at times quite useful. also being useful the scroll wheel and the buttons on the side of the mouse which you can program to do different things. well this is just my formal acknowledgement that two button mice are better than one( althought unecessary) :)

So. i got it in. its very very very nice. its alot thinner, lighter and more beautiful for some reason. i took picutres of my opening it which will be up soon!. im very exctied. i will be busy all day setting it up. (well its already mostly there. but im a tweaker.) ive got all my music/pictures/documents/programs. just gotta get those last tiny miniscule adjustments. and i will be very happy.

So. Since CompUsa cannot get ANYTHING right about fixing my computer. Apple has decided to so graciously replace my computer with a brand new imac. WHICH i am completely ok with :)

in other news

i wish i was better at studying. and i hope i make it into aTm next year. otherwise. it looks like ill be back home, maybe helping at HNW not like that would be bad. but I would really love to go to A&M..

Also Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas has TWO singles which are pretty smashin.

and my guitar is treating me very nicely. as soon as i get my new iMac i should be recording some neat stuff and sending it over to andrew who never posts.

So for about a year, I've wanted to be a cowboy. But never seen much sense in changing who i am because i like the idea of being a cowboy. Boots, Hats, Horses and that crap. all just would be nice

i think i have to live somewhere where i can do that.

So one of my best friends finally has a cell phone again. which means. communicatin is easier. because our schedules really contradict each other. when hes working im at school. when im free hes at school. etc. well im pumped.

So when i was moving up to college station i applied at alot of places, and many of those places asked how many words per minutes i could type. I never knew that so i was bored today and found this test. Its fun. ha maybe for nerds like me. How many words per minute do you type?

My computer is in the shop again cos compusa actually messed stuff up last time they "fixed" it. which will probably happen again. which means me cutting them a good one. or something. so i have totally forgot about alot of internet things. and i rely on it alot less. anyways. its nice to see i have a blog i forgot about it. ah oh well. tommorow randy and jen get married which is very exciting.also i get to see alot of people i havnt seen in a while. and i get two days off work.
and i finally got my guitar

so thats tight. it sounds amazing. and i play it often. now. all i need is a new car. a wife and kids. maybe a job.
